Berliner Brandstifter - Aged Gin Tonic

Since the last couple of years I discovered for myself that gin tonic is for sure one of my favourite drinks I have when I go out with friends but I also enjoy mixing them at home.

I recently mixed some really nice cocktails with this limited edition gin.

After the first sip, my friends were impressed by the gentle note and fruity touch this aged gin brings along. Not like any gin, this precious drop is aged in red wine barrels and refined with blackberries.

Serve pure on ice or mix in a cocktail as this one for instance: (I had some more sophisticated cocktail ideas but was thinking that I didn’t want to cover up the flavour of the original taste of the gin)
