Mini-strawberry cheesecakes
I think it was about time that I finally try out to make a cheesecake recipe! 
 And this was a really good decision! These mini-strawberry cheesecakes turned out dangerously delicious and super creamy! 
It’s also a super eye-catcher for gatherings and dinners as it has this wonderful color-swirl!
Try out this recipe and you will simply be amazed by this tasty pleasant mini cheese cakes.
Für 12 Mini Cheesecakes
Ingredients:
- 200 g cream cheese 
- 250 g regular quark 
- A pinch of salt 
- 100 g sugar 
- 2 eggs 
- 32 g vanilla pudding powder 
- 4-5 medium strawberries 
- 1 tsp strawberry powder (optional) 
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup 
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Beat the eggs with the sugar and the salt until foamy. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. 
- Wash and crush the strawberries, add about 1 teaspoon of agave syrup and 1 teaspoon of strawberry powder and continue to mix well. 
- Grease a muffin tin and fill it with cheesecake batter, then add the strawberry puree with a spoon on one side and carefully form a small swirl with a chopstick in a circular motion. 
- Place in the oven for 30 minutes and let it cool down for about 10 minutes.
