You will love this Gnocchi recipe! Inspired by the French bourguignon sauce, this dish has a super delicious creamy red wine sauce!
As the Gnocchis need literally 3-4 min. to fry, it’s a perfect dish for for a weeknight dinner or lunch.

This is a such a comforting and cosy autumn recipe. The combination of red wine and sherry liquor gives this dish an extra aromatic flavour, as well as the caramelized walnuts gives this extra crunchy texture.
