Cut the pretzel sticks lengthways to the centre and place on a baking tray. Fold the cut dough halves apart to form ears. Use 3 capers on each Easter bunny as eyes and nose and press in 6 almond sticks as whiskers. Bake in a hot oven according to the packet instructions and leave to cool completely.

2. in the meantime, peel and grate two carrots. Finely chop 20g capers. Add a little salt, pepper and chives and mix everything with the cream cheese.

3. peel the remaining carrot and cut into sticks. Wash the cucumber and cut into sticks. Cut the pretzel sticks in half horizontally, spread with the cream cheese and sprinkle with some more chives. Serve with vegetable sticks.
